OnTrac Premium is a web based telecommunications analysis, reporting, and validation solution. It provides an organisation with a comprehensive understanding of its telecommunications costs - by providing tools that allow accurate allocation of cost and extensive reports to assist in monitoring and controlling costs.

Specific key performance indicators are generated, providing management with considerable insight into how one of their largest expenditures is being utilised. A combination of carrier electronic billing, PABX call record details and client organisation hierarchy forms the basis for a wide range of management reporting and control across all the telecommunications related areas of a client organisation.

OnTrac Premium Modules:
Bill Management
Provides a concise view of all your carrier and service provider bills. All bills are visible through a common interface and there is no limit to the number of carriers/service providers and/or the number of accounts that can be processed. Carrier and exception reports are provided with investigative tools to help analyse calling patterns and profiles. Recently added Bill Validation re-processes your bill based on your contracted tariffs. Bills are analysed line by line and variances reported in detail, suitable for presentation to a supplier for refund.
Call Management - Voice
Enables various levels of management to fine tune staff performance and customers service levels for individual groups and the whole organisation. Internal call detail records (CDR) generated from your PABX, Centrex service, or Key systems are used for call management reporting. When used in conjunction with the Bill Management module, CDR information is matched to billing records to provide a complete service and cost analysis down to extension or handset level. In addition to handset level billing, service and equipment can be dispersed across all handsets along with additional charges as required.
Call Management - Data
Provides communications managers with the ability to monitor the performance of permanent virtual connections of private or carrier based Frame Relay or ATM and the various links of multiplexer based switched network.
Traffic Management
Provides communications managers with a view of how effectively private networks are performing. Reports quite clearly provide load profiles for the various links and the volume overflow traffic spilling into the public network. Required for managers responsible for networking voice and managing traffic routes, loads etc.
Call Centre Management
Provides analysis of all your inbound and outbound call activity based on answering points or originating call locations. Suitable for managing those 1800 and 1300 campaigns, performance of answering points and resource levels by time of day to match demand.
Hierarchy Management
Enables customers to manage the hierarchy view of their entire organisation. Used for setting up allocation structures based on business hierarchy, financial cost centres, GL Codes, geographic location and communications bills.
Asset Management
Complete management for a mobile phone fleet. Specific information is maintained on all mobile phone assets including - manufacturer, model, type of network, purchase date, plan type, owner even insurance details. Information in the asset module integrates with the Bill Management module to provide a number of comprehensive in-depth reports.
